SERVICE GUARANTEE

We guarantee our qualified salon and spa services when you follow our recommendations, including home care instructions. We are happy to make appropriate corrections and adjustments complimentary with a follow-up appointment within two weeks from the date of the original service. We are unable to offer refunds on salon and spa services.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Clients are required to provide a 24-hour notice for any
appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This time frame 
allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be on our waitlist. In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, clients will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee helps offset the cost incurred by the salon due to the unused appointment time. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with understanding and flexibility.
PRIVACY POLICY

Information collected from this website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your service. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Gift Cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Salon Azure is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.

RETURNS & WARRANTIES

Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All professional tool sales are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Please follow original manufacture instructions on registering tools for warranties on possible repairs, returns, or exchanges with original manufacturer.
