SERVICE GUARANTEE
We guarantee our qualified salon and spa services when you follow our recommendations including home care instructions. We will make appropriate corrections and adjustments at no charge within two weeks from the date of the original service. We do not offer refunds on salon and spa services.
CANCELLATIONS
In order to accommodate you with possible change and cancellation requests, and avoid idle time losses for the service providers, we ask that you notify us in advance at least 24 hours before your appointment with any changes or cancellations. In cases of frequent cancellations without required notification, we may require a credit card to be kept on file to secure $25 cancellation-without-notice fee.
PRIVACY POLICY
Information collected from this website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift Cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Salon Azure is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months after issue date.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Products may be returned for exchange or store credit only. All professional tool sales are final and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Please follow original manufacture instructions on registering tools for warranties on possible repairs, returns, or exchanges with original manufacturer.
